You can look up any address on the USDA eligibility map, or send it to us and we will check it for you.

Is there an income limit?

Yes. USDA sets household income limits by county and household size. We will review your household income to see if you qualify.

Can I use a USDA loan for an investment property?

No. USDA loans are only for homes you will live in as your primary residence.
