Robert Flores

Robert Flores is Vice President of Sales at FLO Mortgage. Originally from Queens, New York, Robert moved to Florida where his 22 year career in sales and the mortgage industry began. As a sales representative at a national cellular company, his natural aptitude for sales was discovered, leading him to become a Loan Officer for GMAC Mortgage. At GMAC, Robert became well versed in the mortgage industry, while honing his sales skills. Robert moved on from GMAC to open his own Mortgage Brokerage. When the housing bubble burst in the mid two thousands, Robert changed lanes to Real Estate, where he excelled at short sale negotiation and opened a property management company.

Through a real estate transaction, Robert met the owner of Approved Mortgage Source, a new startup brokerage. In 2012, Robert was recruited by Approved Mortgage Source, where he has been instrumental in expanding the sales force, bringing dozens of loan officers on board, and opening new branches throughout the state of Florida and in Georgia. In order to create and pass on his own legacy, Robert and his wife Joy have opened FLO Mortgage.
